HARD-SAUCE ICING
About 1 cup

Break up Hard Sauce, made with brandy, with a fork into pieces and let come to room temperature until soft enough to whip. Beat in a large bowl, or in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, until smooth. Apply in a thin layer to any cooled cake, cookie, or bar.
