BERRY PANDOWDY

Prepare Apple or Pear Pandowdy using ½ recipe Cornmeal Pie or Pastry Dough for the crust. Substitute 3 pints blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries, or a combination, for the apples/pears, and use white or light brown sugar. Use ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon and omit the nutmeg and allspice.
