FRIED SOFT-SHELL CRAB SANDWICH
4 sandwiches

Prepare:

  • Deep-Fried Soft-Shell Crabs

Lay cut side up on a work surface:

  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Combine:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Spread the mixture on both halves of the buns. Divide among the bottom halves:

  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

Place the crabs on the bottom halves of the buns. Top with:

  • Boston, Bibb, or any lettuce leaves

Cover with the top halves of the buns, press together gently, and serve.
