TART PLUM JELLY
About 3 half-pint jars

Prepare Apple, Crab Apple, or Quince Jelly, substituting 3 pounds tart plums, coarsely chopped, for the apples and using 1 ½ cups water. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Proceed as directed, omitting the lemon juice.
