GUAVA JELLY
About 3 half-pint jars

Prepare Apple, Crab Apple, or Quince Jelly, substituting 3 pounds slightly underripe guavas, coarsely chopped, for the apples. Simmer until soft, about 30 minutes. Proceed as directed, substituting 2 tablespoons bottled lime juice for the lemon juice.
