GRAPE JELLY

Prepare Blackberry Jelly, substituting Concord, Muscadine, or Scuppernong grapes for the blackberries. After straining, transfer the juice to a glass container and refrigerate until the sediment has settled. Strain the clear juice through a cloth-lined strainer to eliminate tartrate crystals, leaving any sediment behind in the glass container. Proceed as directed.
