SNOW CREAM
After the first two hours of snowfall, snow is clean and usable for this favorite childhood treat. Do not use snow gathered off the ground.
Place in a chilled bowl:
- 8 cups fresh snow
Stir in:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
