QUICK CHOCOLATE MINT SAUCE
About 1 ½ cups

Combine in a microwave-safe bowl or a heatproof bowl:

  • One 12-ounce bag chocolate peppermint patties, chopped
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt

Heat in a microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring after each interval, or over a pot of simmering water, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Serve warm over ice cream.
