Coffee: Add 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder to the almond meal mixture and use Coffee Buttercream for the filling.
Strawberry: Add 3 tablespoons finely ground freeze-dried strawberries to the almond meal mixture and use strawberry jam or Meringue Buttercream for the filling.
