CHEESECAKE BROWNIES
Sixteen 2-inch squares

Prepare using a 9-inch square baking pan:

  • Fudgy Brownies

After scraping the batter into the prepared pan, beat in a large bowl until blended and smooth:

  • 8 ounces (230g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (50g) sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Spread the mixture on top of the brownie batter in an even layer and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs attached, about 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan on a rack before cutting.
