CONFETTI CAKE

Prepare the batter for White Cake, folding in with the second addition of egg whites ¾ cup multicolored sprinkles (not nonpareils; elongated rainbow sprinkles work best). Let cool. Fill and frost the cake with a double recipe Quick Vanilla Butter Frosting and decorate with multicolored sprinkles.
