RASPBERRY CROISSANTS

Any jam may be used in place of the raspberry jam—try apricot, blueberry, or black currant jam or apple butter.

Prepare Croissants through cutting into triangles. Place 1 ½ teaspoons raspberry jam (9 tablespoons total) ¾ inch from the nick at the base of each triangle before rolling up the croissant. On the first roll, pinch the dough around the jam to seal it in.
