LEMON CHESS PIE

Prepare Chess Pie. Substitute ½ cup (100g) additional white sugar for the brown sugar. Omit the salt and add the finely grated zest of 1 lemon. Use ⅓ cup (75g) heavy cream pluscup (80g) fresh lemon juice instead of cream or buttermilk. Reduce the baking time to 30 to 40 minutes.
