Whisk together 1 cup sweet potato puree (canned or homemade), ½ cup (120g) buttermilk, and 2 tablespoons (30g) brown sugar in a medium bowl. Prepare the dough for Buttermilk Biscuits, substituting the sweet potato mixture for the buttermilk. Roll out, cut, and bake as directed.
