Prepare Muffins, adding 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg to the flour mixture. Add ⅓ cup (65g) additional sugar and 1 cup cooked or canned unsweetened pumpkin puree or 1 cup cold mashed sweet potatoes to the milk mixture. If desired, stir (1 cup chopped toasted pecans) or (1 cup white chocolate chips) into the batter.
