Prepare and refrigerate the dough for:
Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. The dough will be very sticky; flour your hands as necessary. Have ready one or more of the following:
Press an indentation into the center of each roll, making a ¼-inch rim. Fill each one with 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon of a filling. Cover and let rise until puffy and nearly doubled, about 40 minutes.
While the rolls rise, preheat the oven to 375°F.
