Prepare the dough for:

Transfer the dough to the pan (no need to shape the dough into a loaf) and cover with oiled plastic wrap. For more flavor, refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, or let rise in a warm place (75° to 85°F) until the dough fills the pan and is light and puffy, 30 to 45 minutes.
While the dough rises, preheat the oven to 400°F.
Bake the bread until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 195°F, about 25 minutes. Immediately turn the loaf out of the pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
