SPROUTED WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Coarsely chop 2 cups sprouted wheat, soybeans, lentils, wheat berries, or chickpeas in a food processor. Prepare White Bread, using 2 cups (260g) whole wheat flour, 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour, and a total of 2 envelopes (1 ½ tablespoons) active dry yeast. Add the chopped, sprouted grains to the flour along with the liquid and proceed as directed.
