About 3 tablespoons

A mixture of seasonings used to garnish Osso Buco, gravies, pan sauces, and roasted or grilled meats.

Mix together well in a small bowl:

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest

Sprinkle this mixture on during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
