Stir together in a small bowl:
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
II. FOR BAKED HAM
About 1 ¼ cups
Combine in a medium saucepan:
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth, about 10 minutes.
