PINEAPPLE GLAZE
About ⅔ cup

A sweet glaze for baked ham.

Stir together in a medium saucepan over low heat until the sugar is dissolved:

  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh or drained canned crushed pineapple
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
