CRANBERRY GLAZE
About 1 ½ cups

Best used for baked ham.

Combine in a small saucepan over medium-low heat:

  • 1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Briefly heat, stirring occasionally, to dissolve the sugar and make of spreading consistency.
