BROWN SUGAR GLAZE
About ¾ cup

For baked ham, grilled or roasted poultry, or grilled sausages.

Mix together in a bowl with your fingers, breaking up any lumps:

  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Slowly stir in until the paste is of spreading consistency:

  • Orange juice, rum, or bourbon
