CREAMY HORSERADISH DRESSING
About ⅔ cup

Whisk together in a small bowl:

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Gradually whisk in until well blended:

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
