MISO DRESSING
About ⅔ cup

This dressing is perfect for cold noodle salads, in chicken salad, or with spicy greens like arugula.

Whisk together in a medium bowl:

  • ¼ cup white miso
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated on a rasp grater

Whisk in until the desired consistency is reached:

  • Up to ¼ cup water
