KATSU SAUCE
About ½ cup

Specifically for Chicken Katsu, we think of this tangy, salty sauce as a cousin to steak sauce. Serve it with almost any fried food or use it as a glaze for ribs.

Whisk together in a small bowl:

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin or 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
