YOGURT-DILL SAUCE
About 1 cup

Serve this simple sauce with salmon, especially Pan-Fried Salmon Cakes and roasted carrots and beets.

Whisk together in a medium bowl:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced dill
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh or drained prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated on a rasp grater

Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.
