KIMCHI BUTTER
About ¾ cup

This spicy and tangy butter is excellent with grilled steaks or chops, roasted cauliflower, green peas, or roasted cabbage.

Beat together in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined:

  • 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup very finely chopped, well-drained kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives

Use immediately or roll, chill, and store as directed.
