Whisk into White Sauce I or II one of the following:
- Up to 3 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Shrimp or Lobster Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 to 2 tablespoons minced herbs, such as chives, parsley, tarragon, or thyme
- 3 to 5 anchovy fillets, minced, or 1 to 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 teaspoons curry powder or sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sherry
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
