SAUTÉED CHITTERLINGS
4 to 6 servings

Prepare:

  • Stewed Chitterlings

When the chitterlings are tender, drain and dry well. Heat in a large skillet over medium-high heat:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Add the chitterlings and sauté until golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes. Season to taste with:

  • Cider vinegar and salt or hot sauce
