After 4 hours of cooking, these ribs become fall-apart tender and deeply infused with the flavor of the sauce.
Position a rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Arrange in a large baking dish:

Pour the sauce over the ribs and turn them to coat. Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours. Uncover and bake the ribs for 30 minutes. Turn them and continue to bake until fork-tender, about 30 minutes more. Transfer the ribs to a platter and let stand for 15 minutes. Skim the fat from the sauce and drizzle on or serve alongside the ribs.
