DEEP-FRIED FROG LEGS

Clean and divide in half at the hip joint:

Dip them in:

Let dry on a plate or rack for 1 hour. Heat to 365°F in a deep heavy pot or Dutch oven:

  • 2 inches vegetable oil

Fry the frog legs, turning once, until golden. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Serve with:
