We call for two different sizes of shrimp because it is cheaper to buy smaller shrimp for the stuffing mixture. However, if you wish to simplify your grocery list, just buy more jumbo shrimp.

Arrange the large shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish and top with the stuffing, pressing it lightly so it adheres. Pour around the shrimp, just enough to cover the bottom of the baking dish:
Bake until the shrimp are piping hot, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
