Heat in a large skillet over medium heat:

- 3 cups cooked wheat, spelt, or Kamut berries, or a combination of cooked grains
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits, such as diced dried apricots or pitted prunes, dark or golden raisins, or dried currants, cherries, or cranberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ cup chicken broth or water
Cover and cook over low heat, stirring once or twice, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with:
