BAKED CANNELLONI OR CRESPELLES

For Cannelloni, prepare one recipe of any fresh pasta dough, rolled and cut into 4-inch squares. Leave the pasta squares unboiled. For Crespelles, prepare one recipe of Savory Crêpes. Prepare the sauces, fillings, and baking dish as for Baked Manicotti or Shells. Spread about ¼ cup of filling along one edge of each pasta square or in a line in the center of each crêpe. Roll them up to form a tube shape, and place seam side down in the greased baking dish. Cover with the sauce and cheese and bake as directed.
