ASPARAGUS WITH ORANGE AND HAZELNUTS
3 to 4 servings

Trim and steam until just tender:

  • 1 pound asparagus

Set aside. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter is slightly browned:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped

Stir in the asparagus along with:

  • Finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice

Toss several times to heat through. Season to taste with:

  • Salt and black pepper
