GRILLED PEACHES WITH GOAT CHEESE

A perfect summer dessert when the grill is fired up.

Prepare a hot grill fire or preheat a gas grill on high. Halve and pit:

  • 2 large freestone peaches

Place the peach halves on the grill, cut side down, until warmed through and slightly charred. Transfer to a plate. Divide between the peach halves:

  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, softened

Top with:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Chopped mint
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • (Flaky sea salt)
