CHOCOLATE-DIPPED STRAWBERRIES

Wash and dry thoroughly:
- 1 quart unhulled strawberries
Temper:
- 1 pound semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
Hold the strawberries by their green tops, and dip into the chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
