STRAWBERRIES COCKAIGNE
As delicious and elegant as it is simple to prepare. Marion was allergic to strawberries, but she could never pass up this treat.
Arrange:
- Whole strawberries
on a plate around a mound of:
- Brown sugar
Pass a dish of:
- Sour cream
To eat, dip the berries in the sour cream, then in the brown sugar.
