CITRUS SALAD
6 servings

Grate 3 tablespoons of zest from:

  • 4 navel oranges

Place the zest in a medium bowl. Section the oranges, or peel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the oranges and their juices to the bowl with the zest. Section or peel and cut up, removing seeds:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 tangelos or 3 mandarin oranges

Combine with the oranges. Gently stir in:

  • Sugar to taste
  • (2 tablespoons orange liqueur)

Cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve. If desired, sprinkle with:

  • (Chopped mint)
