Combine:
- 2 oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 large apples, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 large pear, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
Or combine 1 ½ cups each of 4 of the following fruits:
- Apricots, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
- Kiwis, peeled and sliced or chopped
- Strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
- Raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries
- Sweet cherries, pitted
- Melon or watermelon balls or cubes
- Peaches or nectarines, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
- Plums, pitted and cut into bite-sized chunks
- Seedless green or red grapes
Toss with:
- ¼ to ⅓ cup honey or sugar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
