Inspired by a dish from the Portland restaurant Broder Café, these eggs are baked beneath a blanket of cheese and bread crumbs, perched atop ham slices and creamed spinach.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare in a large ovenproof skillet:

Make 4 divots in the cheese, ham, and spinach and crack into them:
