TOSTADAS
4 tostadas
Ceviche is a common topping for tostadas. If using ceviche, do not spread the tostadas with beans.
Prepare:
- Refried Beans
- Any of the Fillings for Tacos and Burritos
When ready to serve, spread the beans onto:
- 4 corn tortillas, fried until crisp, or 4 store-bought tostadas
Top with some of the filling, then top with:
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomato or Pico de Gallo
- Sliced avocado
- (Sour cream or crema and/or crumbled Cotija)
- (Chopped cilantro)
