ASPARAGUS-SESAME SALAD
4 to 6 servings

Steam until just tender:

  • 1 ½ pounds asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

Meanwhile, whisk together in a small bowl:

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Toss the asparagus with the dressing while warm. Serve warm or chilled.
