HAM SALAD

Combine in a bowl:

  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pickles (dill or sweet) or pickle relish
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • (3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion or green onion
  • (1 tablespoon lemon juice)
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
