Combine in a bowl:
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- ¼ cup finely chopped pickles (dill or sweet) or pickle relish
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- (3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons minced onion or green onion
- (1 tablespoon lemon juice)
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
