SMOKED SALMON OR TROUT SPREAD
About 1 ½ cups

Doubled, this makes an excellent cheese ball (see here).

Beat until smooth with a wooden spoon or in a stand mixer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Add and gently stir in until combined:

  • 4 ounces smoked salmon or trout, flaked

Chill.
