ROASTED NUTS
4 cups

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss to coat:

  • 1 pound raw, unsalted mixed nuts (cashews, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted, or olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Spread in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
