APEROL SPRITZ

Aperol is an Italian liqueur made with bitter orange and various botanicals, such as gentian and cinchona. Combined with Prosecco and club soda it makes a pitch-perfect summer sipper.
Fill a chilled stemmed wineglass with ice cubes. Add:
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1 ounce club soda
Top off the glass with:
- 3 to 4 ounces Prosecco
Garnish with:
- An orange wheel
