CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

I. Pour into a chilled Champagne flute:

  • ½ teaspoon Simple Syrup
  • ¾ ounce chilled brandy

Fill the glass almost to the top with:

  • Chilled dry sparkling wine

Add:

  • 2 dashes yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

II. Place in a chilled Champagne flute:

  • 1 small sugar cube

Drop onto the sugar cube:

  • 2 drops Angostura bitters

Fill the glass with:

  • Chilled dry sparkling wine
