  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces sweetened cream of coconut, such as Coco López
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice or pebble ice

Pour into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with:

  • ½ slice pineapple
